We are interested in hearing from experienced and reliable Bus Drivers to join our team in Taree NSW.

As an Eggins Coaches Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to and from various destinations around the region.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus on scheduled routes, ensuring all passengers reach their destination in a timely and comfortable manner
Follow all traffic laws and company policies and procedures
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and disembarking, answering questions, and resolving complaints
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members

Requirements

Valid NSW driver's license with a minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) endorsement
Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a bus or heavy vehicle
Excellent driving record
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kilograms
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills
